Are your products really handmade?
Yes! Every item at Khushi is 100% hand-stitched by skilled women in rural Bangladesh. No machines, no shortcuts — just patience, skill, and heritage.
How long does shipping take?
Orders are typically processed within 2–3 business days. Because we are shipping internationally, standard free delivery within the U.S. usually takes up to 2-3 weeks. You’ll receive tracking information as soon as your item ships. We do offer premium expedited shipping if you would like to receive your order faster.
Do you ship internationally?
Currently we only ship to the United States, but we will be offering more countries soon!
What’s your return policy?
If you're not satisfied with your order, you can return unused items within 14 days of delivery.
