Shipping And Returns

Khushi currently ships handmade Nakshi Kantha tapestries and throws to customers in the United States.

Shipping

Orders are typically processed within 2 to 3 business days. Free slow delivery within the United States usually arrives in 10 to 15 calendar days overall. Paid expedited delivery may arrive within one week when available, and tracking is shared when the order ships.

Returns

Returns are accepted for unused items within 14 days of delivery. Eligible returns by mail are free, with a return label included or provided by Khushi. Refunds are processed within 7 days after the returned item is received and reviewed. If an item arrives damaged or incorrect, contact Khushi within 48 hours of delivery so we can help.
